About the Role
As Team Manager, you will lead, coach and support your team to deliver outstanding claims management outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting key performance measures.
You’ll be responsible for fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture, ensuring both team success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop team members to support their growth and career progression
- Drive team performance and ensure achievement of all relevant Schedule G and APA measures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes
- Foster a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team environment
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with employers and consultants
- Identify opportunities to support business growth across the portfolio
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service across all stakeholders
About You
You are a confident and capable leader within Workers Compensation who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:
- Proven experience in Workers Compensation claims management
- Strong leadership and coaching capability
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance performance, compliance and client satisfaction
- A passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement
