Responsibilities or duties
- Lead Market Systems team, provide engineering expertise.
- Develop and maintain electricity market systems/tools.
- Ensure compliance with codes, procedures, operational plans.
- Provide technical advice on system security and reliability.
- Manage resources, budgets, contractors.
- Mentor engineering professionals.
- Drive policy and standards development.
Qualifications or requirements
- Science/Engineering degree (3–4 years).
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of electricity supply industry, system optimisation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution skills.
- Valid NT driver’s licence.
Desirable: Expertise in EMS, SCADA, database design, NT market rules.
