- A passion for supporting people with disability to achieve their goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
- Understanding of the NDIS, person-centred practice, and community inclusion (or willingness to learn)
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Good organisational and digital skills, including confidence using client information systems
- Relevant qualifications or a commitment to further training
- A current driver licence and willingness to undertake required safety checks
