Are you passionate about swimming and teaching others? Do you want to leave each week feeling like you have made a difference? We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Swim Teacher to join our growing team!
Position: Swim Teacher
Location: Revesby
Time and Day: Saturday | 2.30pm – 6.00pm
Type: Casual position-
What We Offer:

- Casual Position starting at $37.32 per hour plus super
- One weekend shift only
- Ongoing Professional Development Training
- Free CPR Course twice a year
- Rainbow Edge – Online learning platform that gives our teachers the edge when teaching children with a disability
- Above award rates to attract dedicated and passionate teachers
- Visual Aids and resources to help reinforce and deliver important goals and instructions
Responsibilities Teacher:
- Conduct safe, positive, and motivating swimming classes following our Swim the Rainbow Program
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and understanding of swim teaching and water safety, ensuring member safety and enjoyment
- Ability to manage members of various ages and abilities in an aquatic learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Swim Teacher
- Current CPR certificate
- Working with children check/Blue card QLD
- NDIS Workers Check
About Rainbow Club:
Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW, Victoria, ACT and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ 400+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.
Rainbow Club Australia is a member focused organisation dedicated to protecting the safety of children while helping them learn to swim.
