Your opportunity
Permanent, full‑time role based at Warriewood Brook Retirement Village
Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm with flexibility to cover 10am-6pm shifts.
As a Support Officer based at our Warriewood Brook Village in the heart of Sydney's Northern Beaches, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of care and services for our residents.
Working closely with the Support Team Lead and village teams, you'll provide high‑quality administrative, scheduling and customer service support, helping residents and their families feel informed, supported and confident.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Deliver welcoming, respectful customer service to residents, families and stakeholders in person, by phone and via email
- Coordinate and schedule care and support services, ensuring changes are managed promptly and accurately
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within Anglicare's CRM and IT systems
- Support resident onboarding and day‑to‑day administrative tasks within the village
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and service partners
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
What you'll bring
You're organised, approachable and calm under pressure, with a genuine interest in supporting older people with dignity and respect. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities well, and take pride in providing reliable support to others.
You'll also bring:
- Strong customer service and administration experience
- Confidence using scheduling systems, databases and technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Alignment with Anglicare's values of integrity, compassion and excellence
Preferred experience:
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling or business support
- Background in aged care, community services or retirement living (desirable)
- Familiarity with rostering or care coordination systems
