A highly regarded superannuation fund which holds a market leading position has several contract roles available within their member operations department. These opportunities are for an initial 6-month period with the view to extension/conversion.

The Role

In this role you will deliver expert support to high-value employers. You’ll focus on resolving complex defined benefit data issues, enhancing data accuracy, and providing trusted guidance to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage defined benefit administration, including contributions, reporting, and member queries.
  • Prepare benefit quotes, exit documentation, and actuarial reports.
  • Resolve data exceptions and improve information quality.
  • Support employers with invoicing, reconciliations, and enquiries.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for data quality and defined benefit processes.
  • Conduct quality checks, training, and coaching to enhance service delivery.
  • Analyse data, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support onboarding of new corporate plans and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

About You

  • Ideally you will have several years’ experience in defined benefit superannuation schemes.
  • Other superannuation administration/analysis experience will also be considered.
  • Strong working knowledge of superannuation and retirement regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven ability to effectively explain complex superannuation concepts.
  • Industry qualification would be highly desirable.
