About the role

You'll be the go-to expert for Investment Funds, Defined Benefit, and Lifetime Pension products, managing end-to-end administration and supporting advisers and members with confidence and care. From onboarding and transaction processing to resolving complex queries, you'll ensure every interaction is accurate, compliant, and member-focused.

What you'll do

  • Deliver seamless administration for specialist retirement products.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical queries.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in financial services with expertise in superannuation and retirement products along with strong administration skills
  • Strong understanding of superannuation administration.
  • RG146 compliant
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
