JOB DETAILS:

As a Store Manager, you are accountable for every aspect of the store, from team performance to customer experience and overall business results. You will lead and develop your team to deliver best-in-class service, while driving strong commercial outcomes and creating a positive, high-performing store environment.

You are responsible for building a strong team, managing recruitment and development, and ensuring your store operates efficiently and effectively. Leading from the floor, you will set the standard, coach your team, and create an experience where both your team and customers thrive.

We're looking for a confident and experienced leader who takes ownership, makes informed decisions, and is passionate about developing people and driving results.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years experience as a Store Manager or in a senior leadership role (ideally in a fast-paced or fashion retail environment)
• Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the location of your place of work
• Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
