About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our busy Pre-Delivery team at Warwick Farm, helping prepare vehicles to perfection.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Deliver high-quality paint finishes on prestige vehicles to exceptional standards
  • Select and mix paint colours to ensure precise vehicle colour matching
  • Apply and layer coatings carefully to achieve a flawless finish
  • Prepare vehicles and surfaces prior to painting, including masking and sanding as required
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all work performed
  • Keep the workspace clean, organised, and compliant with safety and quality standards

About you:

You will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive spray painting or vehicle refinishing
  • Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (Spray Painter) or equivalent trade qualification
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes
  • Skilled in colour mixing, paint application, and blending techniques
  • Experience with vehicle preparation including sanding, masking, and polishing
  • Self-motivated team player with a current manual driver’s licence
