As a Specialist II Developer, you’ll work on moderately complex solutions, contributing to the design, development and delivery of modern applications that are secure, scalable and high performing. Responsibilities or duties

• Design, develop and deliver clean, maintainable and high-quality application code
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure robust and reliable solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver customer-focused outcomes
• Identify and drive continuous improvements to applications, performance and efficiency
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning and retrospectives
• Support deployments, incident resolution and ongoing application enhancements

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Experience in software development and application design principles with an understanding of SDLC, coding standards and structured programming (e.g. object-oriented)
• Guidewire Associate Certification or higher
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile, cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a disciplined, analytical approach
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
