Our client located in Melbourne's South East is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of vertical access solutions such as construction hoists, elevators and work platforms.

They are looking to introduce a dedicated and hard-working Spare Parts Coordinator to their team, on a Full-Time basis.

Your day-to-day:

  • Assisting the Purchasing & Parts Manager to control, manage and maintain supply of parts required
  • Parts inquiries
  • Dealing with internal and external customers
  • Generating quotes
  • Processing orders
  • Arranging despatch in a timely and efficient manner
  • Generating and sending POs
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Assisting with stock counts

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working as Spare Parts Coordinator, or in a similar role
  • Valid LF Licence and recent experience operating a Forklift
  • Warehousing & Logistics Cert. is highly desirable
  • Comfortable learning the company's ERP system in a timely manner
  • Must be able to work comfortably as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Honest, reliable and hardworking
  • Must be looking for Full-Time work, Mon-Fri
  • Outstanding OH&S awareness
