About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Engineer with 9+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and DevOps. You will lead technical implementation, ensure best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact CRM solutions that drive business value.

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime

What will your day look like?

As an Engineer,

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect and implement complex business logic using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows.
  • Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
  • Guide junior engineers and perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and compliance with governance policies.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Codefresh,etc
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem tools, and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Provide L3 production support and work on fixing production problems

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Triggers, and declarative tools.
  • Proven track record in Salesforce architecture and system design.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, and at least one of: Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware like MuleSoft).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
