What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for a hands-on video content producer with strong technical production skills. Someone who can plan, shoot and edit high-quality, social-first video content using professional equipment and editing tools.

You will operate as a videographer/editor embedded in a social team, creating content that meets platform expectations while elevating the overall production quality of our content.

  • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content using professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment
  • Create social-first video assets optimised for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
  • Take content from concept through to final delivery, including filming, editing, colour grading and sound
  • Produce content in dynamic environments (airports, onboard aircraft, events) while maintaining production standards
  • Collaborate with Social, Brand and agency partners to deliver content aligned to campaign and business objectives
  • Adapt longer-form or campaign footage into cut-through short-form social content
  • Balance speed and quality, delivering content quickly without compromising production value

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Have 2–5 years’ experience in videography, content production or video editing (agency, production house or in-house brand)
  • Are confident using professional camera equipment (e.g. Sony, Canon or similar), lighting setups and audio gear
  • Have advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (After Effects highly regarded)
  • Can demonstrate a portfolio/showreel of high-quality video work, ideally including social-first content
  • Understand how to translate production quality into platform-native formats (not just repurpose TVC or long-form)
  • Are comfortable shooting in fast-moving, real-world environments with minimal setup time
  • Bring a strong eye for composition, lighting, pacing and storytelling

Bonus if you also:

  • Have experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects)
  • Have worked with brands, talent or creators on social content
  • Understand performance metrics and how creative drives results
  • Are proactive, ideas-driven and comfortable experimenting with formats

This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is primarily:

  • Phone-only content creation
  • Copywriting or social media management
  • Generalist marketing without hands-on production experience
