We’re looking for an energetic, commercially minded Small Business Specialist to join our Springfield team. Responsibilities or duties
Your day to day will consist of:
- Act as the Small Business subject matter expert instore, identifying business customers early and matching them with solutions that support their business growth.
- Build and maintain strong capability across products and processes, including mobile, broadband, fixed services, credit and activation, plus share this knowledge with your wider team.
- Deliver confident, consultative conversations by understanding business customer needs and providing tailored solutions that solve real operational challenges.
- Mentor and support your team to spot opportunities, offer the right solutions and elevate the overall business customer experience across the store.
- Stay up to date with small business updates, tactical offers and market trends, sharing insights through daily huddles, coaching moments and store updates.
- Own business enquiries using calm professionalism and strong problem solving skills, while supporting operational excellence by managing compliance and merchandising requirements.
