What does the job look like?
Lead one of Queensland’s largest transport operations in partnership with a major supermarket customer. This pivotal role is about building a positive team culture, fostering trusted relationships, and ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable service. You will guide people and performance with clarity and purpose, creating an environment where the team can succeed together.
Key areas
- Drive cultural change and shape a safe, inclusive, and engaged workplace
- Lead transport performance with focus on safety, compliance, service, and cost
- Build trusted customer relationships while balancing operational priorities
- Navigate workplace and union matters with fairness and respect
- Develop and empower the broader team to achieve their potential
- Drive continuous improvement to strengthen efficiency and outcomes
