About the Role

We’re expanding our operations across Victoria, and we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Site Manager / Construction Supervisor with expertise in high volume medium-density construction to join our incredible Glenvill Homes Townhomes Team. If you’re ready to make an impact by delivering top-tier projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality, this is the opportunity for you! You’ll be overseeing exciting projects in Deanside and Sunbury and close surrounds taking charge of the construction process from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of projects, consisting of 8-10 units per bank ensuring they are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Establish and manage a skilled trade base to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
  • Supervise trades on-site, ensuring adherence to construction processes, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Oversee paperwork, forward planning, and reporting to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead with positivity and focus, keeping your team motivated and on target amidst challenges.

Skills and Experience

We expect you will have:

  • Proven experience supervising in high volume medium-density builds (2 years minimum).
  • Exceptional communication skills that help you build rapport across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with operating systems and software.
  • A current driver’s license (essential).
  • A trade background (highly regarded but not required).
  • A willingness to get your hands dirty and lead by example.
