OUR CLIENT

A well-established, vertically integrated residential developer builder delivering standalone and medium-density projects from land acquisition through to construction. Their model provides certainty of work, stronger build programs, and far fewer variables than traditional tender-based builders.

As a Site Manager, you’ll be the hands-on leader on site, managing everything from day one. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and coordinating trades, subcontractors, and site staff to keep the project on schedule
• Overseeing safety, quality, and compliance across all aspects of construction
• Monitoring progress and ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget
• Problem-solving on-site challenges and making quick, practical decisions
• Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow
• Reporting progress and updates to senior management

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Site Managers or Construction Supervisors with a background in in running residential homes and medium-density projects - end to end
• Strong leadership skills in managing subcontractors and trades
• Confidence in overseeing safety, quality, and delivery programs
• Ideally located in Melbourne’s western suburbs, or Growth Corridor West
• Valid driver’s licence and full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
