Responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face customer support at client sites.
• Travel to multiple customer sites to replenish maintenance stores.
• Maintain close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met.
• Undertake stocktakes in line with company requirements.
• Strict adherence to WHS policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience (warehousing knowledge an advantage).
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Computer literacy and problem‑solving ability in fast‑paced environments.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
