About Our Client

Our client is one of Australias leading pit-to-ship mining services provider with an expanding portfolio of world-class commodity projects and a focus on pursuing cleaner, cost-effective energy for their operation's.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct pre-blast inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessment's
• Priming, loading, tying-in, and firing blast holes
• Handling, transporting, and storing explosives in line with regulation's
• Coordinating blast exclusion zones and communicating with site teams
• Monitoring blast performance and reporting outcomes
• Maintaining accurate blast records and compliance documentation
• Working closely with drillers, engineers, and supervisors to optimise blast results

What You Will Need

• Must hold DG card & Australian shotfirer license
• Manual C Class Australian issued Driver s Licence (minimum)
• Willing to obtain national police clearance
• Medical or D&A screening
