Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world’s largest Australian café chain. What we’re after

• Confident shift leaders who can supervise, coach, and support a team in a fast-paced café environment.
• Customer-focused people who set the standard for warm, genuine service and help the team deliver it consistently.
• Organised operators who can handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stock control with accuracy.
• Flexible team players who jump in where needed – whether it’s on the floor, at the register, or behind the coffee machine.
• Leaders who communicate clearly, delegate fairly, and keep the team motivated during every shift.
• Individuals who take pride in keeping the café safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
