About the role
We are seeking a motivated and quality-driven Service and Warranty Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering homes to an exceptional standard and enjoys working closely with clients, site teams, and trades.
In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for managing final quality inspections, supporting client inspections, and coordinating defect resolution to achieve outstanding customer outcomes within the Brisbane and Sunshine Coast areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing quality inspections to ensure homes meet company standards
- Completing on-site client inspections with a focus on zero defects
- Attending final QA inspections and facilitating works through to handover
- Maintaining display homes to a high presentation standard
- Identifying and coordinating rectification items with trades
- Managing client concerns in collaboration with the Service & Warranty Coordinator
- Working closely with construction teams and internal departments
Skills and experience
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and solutions-focused, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
You will ideally possess:
- Trade or residential construction experience (preferred)
- A hands-on, take-ownership attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working with trades and stakeholders
- Solid computer literacy (ClickHome experience advantageous)
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
Beyond that, you are reliable, detail oriented, considerate and demonstrate a genuine understanding of teamwork.
