Since 1965 the team at Booran Motors has been providing a superior level of customer satisfaction to its customers throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. With dealerships in Cheltenham, Dandenong, Cranbourne, South Morang and Berwick, we're proud to be a family owned and operated business.

We're currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Service team in Berwick.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

You'll be responsible for providing full reception duties, a range of administrative tasks and assisting with the day to day running of the dealership as required.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • The efficient running of switchboard operations
  • Proactively organise visitors to ensure they are acknowledged and promptly collected by staff
  • As a representative of Booran Motors, you will maintain corporate standards and act in a friendly and courteous manner at all times
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Organise couriers and send daily mail
  • Maintaining favourable appearance of public area for comfort of visitors

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong customer focus and experience in a similar client facing role
  • Fantastic communication skills - calm, clear and professional telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be a team player
  • Be well presented with a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational and prioritising skills
  • Strong computer skills
