GWS Springvale is looking to recruit a friendly well organised and customer focused Service Receptionist to work in our Honda and Kia Service Department
As a Service Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers visiting the service department. You will manage bookings, assist customers with enquiries, coordinate with technicians and ensure all integrations reflect the professionalism and high standards of the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and manage their service appointment efficiently
- Answering incoming calls and respond to email enquiries professionally
- Create, update and manager service bookings in the dealership management system
- Liaise between customer and service technicians to communicate vehicle issues, status updates and service progress.
- Provide accurate information on service costs, estimates and timelines.
- Maintain a neat, professional reception area and manage customer waiting areas
- Process service-related invoices, payments and documentation in accordance with requirements.
Previous experience in customer service or automotive service reception is advantageous.
Candidate must have friendly, professional and customer focused attitude
Strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems is a plus.
