About the role
As a Service Receptionist at Brian Hilton Toyota Wyong, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop. From welcoming guests in the driveway to handling bookings and service enquiries, your role ensures our customers feel supported and informed every step of the way.
You’ll assist with daily admin, liaise with our technicians and warranty manager, and make sure every vehicle handover is professional and complete. It’s a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, bookings and customer enquiries
- Assist with general service department admin and data entry
- Support warranty processing and ensure all paperwork is accurate
- Provide prompt, professional service at the driveway
- Communicate any delays or additional work to customers
About you
- Experience in a similar service or admin role
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident under pressure with excellent time management
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- A guest-first attitude and a high level of attention to detail
