Recom Electrical & Equipment Services is a national organisation that offers an extensive range of services to retail clients such as Woolworths, Kmart, Bunnings, and Coles.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of fast, efficient reactive service to multiple clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

We are looking for someone who presents professionally, enjoys client interaction, and is reliable, motivated and committed to delivering high-quality support to both customers and technicians.

Responsibilities or duties

Your role will include the following on a daily basis:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Prioritising high priority jobs and coordinating attendance
  • Creating jobs and quotes in Simpro (our booking system)
  • Maintaining accurate notes and reminders
  • Liaising with subcontactors and technicians to ensure work orders are completed on time
  • Creating purchase orders, quotes, and ordering parts
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed/received/sent
  • Invoicing in a timely manner

Qualifications or requirements

To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes:

  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to think and react quickly with strong attention to detail
  • Professional and confident communication manner
  • The ability to work in a busy team environment as well as the skills to work autonomously
  • Have the confidence in asking questions and escalating for support when needed
  • High end experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • The ability to multi-task with high volume data entry
