About the Role
Based at our North Gosford dealership, you’ll be the vital link between our service team and our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers to the service department
- Communicating vehicle symptoms and repair solutions clearly
- Quoting accurate parts and labour prices
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism
- Preparing invoices and closing repair orders efficiently
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role or the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong presentation and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A current manual driver licence
- Ability to pass a National Police Check (Company provided)
