We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor (trainee or experienced) to join our high-performing team in Lidcombe.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face our customers trust when bringing their vehicles in for service. Your day-to-day will include:
Qualifications or Requirements
Who Are You?
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, in automotive service costing, or transferable customer service skills (retail/hospitality/admin)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
Current NSW driver’s licence
A genuine passion for customer service and the auto industry
