Work Unit: Corporate & Support Functions / Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Lead executive and senior recruitment across Qantas’ Corporate portfolio.
  • Partner with senior leaders to influence hiring outcomes and uplift workforce capability.
  • Build strategic talent pipelines and deliver market‑leading sourcing solutions.
  • Provide strategic talent advice and market insights to shape hiring outcomes.
  • Coach TA team members on best practice recruitment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, managing end‑to‑end recruitment for executive and senior roles.
  • Experience recruiting in finance or OCFO space advantageous.
  • Strategic mindset with focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem‑solving and judgement skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in talent pooling, headhunting, and networking.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters advantageous).
