We have a great team with a culture that is one of support and professionalism, while providing a high level of customer service to our blue chip clients. As the successful applicant you will be given the tools, training and support required to be successful in the position.
Due to steady growth, we have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team located in our Underwood branch, focusing on the Transport & Logistics sector. The successful candidate will have a minimum 4 years end to end labour hire experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Advertising, screening, qualifying, interviewing and reference checking candidates
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Driving a culture of safety within our workforce
- Ensuring our database is updated with client and candidate information
- General administrative duties with a strong focus on compliance
- Account management of clients including regular site visits and candidate start ups
- Participating in weekly branch meetings
The successful candidate will possess the following skills, attributes and experience:
- You will have previous proven end to end recruitment / labour hire experience within the transport & logistics sector. Specifically dealing with drivers, forklift drivers, pickers and similar roles.
- Energetic and self motivated with a strong work ethic.
- A natural leader that is looking to progress their career.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional early morning starts
- Ability to multi task and work within a fast paced environment
- Solid administration and computer skills with a high attention to detail
- Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with FastTrack 360 & Workpro is preferred.
Hours of office operation: 8.00am-4:30pm & 8:30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to be flexible to work across both of these times on a rotating basis. The position will also require the occasional early start to meet candidates at clients sites. This is non negotiable.
