Responsibilities or duties

In this role you will support the delivery of a major transaction reporting remediation and improvement programme and help implement a new reporting framework. You will work closely with business, risk, operations and technology teams to improve processes, close gaps and ensure reporting meets regulatory standards. You will operate independently in a hands-on capacity, driving practical outcomes across a complex environment.

Qualifications or requirements

15+ years’ of experience in regulatory reporting, including transaction reporting such as over-the-counter derivatives reporting

Strong technical understanding of Markets business operations including trade lifecycle processes, reporting systems and data flows, risk and controls

Proven ability to deliver hands-on outcomes in regulatory remediation or transformation programmes with strong organisational skills

Ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical solutions and improvements

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across business, technology and control teams in complex environments.
