JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview
Design, develop, and maintain data‑driven web applications that support government operations. This role is part of the Affirmative Measures recruitment stream, encouraging applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, and other diversity groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modern web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate analytics and reporting features with data teams.
- Ensure compliance with APS security, accessibility, and governance standards.
- Provide technical documentation and support.
Selection Criteria
- Proficiency in front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with back‑end technologies (Node.js, .NET, Java).
- Strong database skills (SQL, NoSQL).
- Ability to work in agile teams and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Eligibility for Australian Government security clearance (NV1 or higher).
