I'm working with a large enterprise organisation to bring on a Senior Digital BA to join their Customer Experience team.
This is a delivery-focused role. The MVP is already defined, and they need someone who can take requirements through to execution and go-live.
You'll be working within a digital team, closely aligned with marketing, digital sales & service, and call centre teams, delivering personalised experiences across digital channels.
The Role
- Take business requirements and translate them into build-ready technical specs
- Drive delivery across a personalisation program using Adobe CDP, Analytics and Target
- Work across customer journeys, data and digital experience layers
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases to support delivery
- Write up test cases and support UAT sign-off (not a pure testing role)
- Work closely with marketing, product, data and engineering stakeholders
- Ensure delivery aligns with risk, legal and compliance requirements
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience as a Digital Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with:
- Adobe CDP (mandatory - digital activation side)
- Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Target
- Solid understanding of digital personalisation and how it shows up on web/app
- Experience working with Figma and Adobe tools in delivery teams
- Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into requirements
- Experience supporting UAT and writing business-led test cases
- Strong stakeholder engagement across digital, marketing and tech teams
- Understanding of risk and compliance in regulated environments
Nice to have:
- Financial services or insurance background

- Up to $900 + GST per day
- Hybrid working model - 2 days in their Sydney CBD office.
