Senior Contracts Specialist
Not‑for‑Profit | Perth, WA (Belmont + Hybrid Working)
This is an exciting and highly autonomous opportunity for an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to act as project owner for a major acquisition program within a respected not‑for‑profit organisation.
You will play a strategically important role in the acquisition and integration of facilities from another provider, working closely with senior internal stakeholders and a large external supplier network. This role offers genuine ownership, visibility to executive leadership, and the flexibility of two days per week working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as project owner for contracts and procurement across a major facilities acquisition program
- Lead the acquisition and transition of facilities from another provider, ensuring continuity and risk mitigation
- Novate existing works and services contracts and establish new supplier agreements as required.
- Oversee end‑to‑end contract management for approximately 140 suppliers
- Drive proactive stakeholder engagement across internal functional leads, senior executives, and external partners
- Provide regular reporting, risk identification, and escalation, with exposure up to CFO level
- Ensure contracts align with organisational strategy, governance requirements, and commercial best practice
About You
- Demonstrated experience in senior contracts or contract management roles within complex, multi‑supplier environments
- Proven ability to work strategically and autonomously, delivering outcomes in time‑critical and high‑impact projects
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence influencing at senior and executive levels
- Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail, with the ability to balance risk, compliance, and delivery
- A legal background or qualifications are preferred but not essential
