About You
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven professional who:
- Has proven Finance & Insurance (F&I) dealership experience
- Is a strong negotiator and confident closer
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Has exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Enjoys mentoring and working closely with sales teams to maximise performance
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to compliance requirements
- Maintains a professional, customer-first mindset at all times
- Holds or is able to obtain a clear Police Check
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to structure deals, support negotiations and maximise conversion opportunities
- Drive finance, insurance and warranty product penetration while maintaining ethical and compliant sales practices
- Manage the full finance process from application through to approval and settlement
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
- Maintain strong lender and product provider relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory, compliance and dealership standards
- Assist in training and supporting sales staff to improve finance conversion and customer outcomes
