Our client is a well-known brand, situated in Melbourne CBD and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a 6-month basis. They are looking for someone who can bring digital experience with a focus on customer experience and ideally with experience within or building and leveraging AI into workstreams.
This role acts as a conduit between the technical team and the key business stakeholders. You will translate the digital strategy into customer journeys and actionable items for the business seamlessly. They key outcomes of this role are to deliver impactful solutions that drive excellent customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Capture and translate digital business requirements across eCommerce, mobile, and digital channels
- Analyse user journeys, processes, and customer touchpoints to inform solution design
- Develop user stories, workflows, and wireframes aligned to digital strategy
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Manage stakeholder relationships, requirements, and project progress end-to-end
- Support solution design, POCs, and continuous improvement across digital initiatives
Your skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, UX/UI principles, and customer journeys
- Experience with authentication (MFA, SSO) and user registration/login flows
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, process mapping, and user story development
- Familiarity with digital platforms (CRM, CMS, eCommerce, marketing tools) and analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a data-driven mindset
- Candidates must have current Australian work authorisation as sponsorship is not available for this position
