Role Context
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services by managing appointments, coordinating resources, and supporting our healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for healthcare professionals and services.
- Liaise with patients, clients, and internal staff to confirm appointments and address scheduling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the system.
- Assist with the coordination of resources, including rooms and equipment, to support scheduled activities.
- Handle cancellations and rescheduling requests efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, offering a balance between working from home and in our Adelaide office. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.
