The Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of Property Education Consultants.
Your team will be the first point of contact for inbound leads—individuals who have shown interest in property investment—and your role is to ensure they are qualified effectively and guided toward the next step in their journey.
You will play a critical role in driving performance, improving conversion rates, and ensuring compliance across all interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a telesales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor call quality, compliance, and performance metrics
- Analyse data and reporting to optimise team output and conversion rates
- Drive KPI performance including bookings, conversions, and ROI
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to maximise lead quality and outcomes
- Manage performance, coaching, and behavioural expectations
- Onboard and train new team members
- Foster a high-performance, positive, and accountable team culture
About You:
- Proven experience leading a telesales or call centre sales team
- Strong track record of driving team performance and hitting targets
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve results
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Aircall or similar)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptable mindset
- Experience in property, finance, or financial services is highly regarded
