Your role
Active acquisition through initial contact with top clubs, ambitious sports clubs, and decision-makers from organized sports.
Direct contact with board members, managing directors and sponsorship managers
Acquisition of sponsors from regional and national companies
Opening the conversation, arousing interest and initial qualification
Scheduling an appointment for the next stage of the discussion (no offers during the initial contact)
Structured documentation and handover to the next sales team
Active exchange with the team and incorporating market feedback
What you bring to the table
Enthusiasm for communication, initial contact and acquisition
Experience in sales, customer contact, or as an ambitious career changer
Clear, friendly and reliable communication
Structured work methods and personal responsibility
Willingness to learn and the desire to develop yourself further in sales.
Sports affinity
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with relevant platforms and tools (e.g., CRM systems or sponsorship platforms) is an advantage.
Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
readiness to travel
