The successful candidate will be in charge of converting on-line enquiry to sales. Based predominately at our new Docklands office with flexibility on offer.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding customers through their journey: From selecting the ideal house type and design to providing estimates and finalising preliminary drawings, ensuring a smooth and informed decision-making process.
  • Collaborating with our dedicated internal Sales Administrators: Receive full administrative support, taking your clients over from ‘sales accept’ through to contract.
  • Driving sales growth: Identifying and seizing new opportunities, while capturing accurate lead details and maintaining a steady pipeline of prospects.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service: Providing an outstanding experience for clients, ensuring a lasting positive impression and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

  • Bring 2-3+ years of proven experience in residential New Home Sales.
  • Have a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excel at building strong relationships and maintaining rapport with clients and sales networks.

In addition, you are reliable, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and have a genuine commitment to teamwork.
