  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and brokers
  • Ensure compliant documentation and accurate administration
  • Consistently exceed weekly and monthly performance targets

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a high performance sales environment
  • Strong objection handling and closing ability
  • Experience in phone based sales
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
  • Solid understanding of the full sales process, from discovery to close
