About The Role:

Due to our continued growth trajectory, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This role is suited to a driven, customer-centric professional who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional, personalised purchasing experience. You will act as a trusted brand ambassador, guiding clients through their ownership journey while delivering premium service aligned with the prestige standards of the brands we represent.

In this role you will:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery
  • Present and demonstrate premium vehicles with expert product knowledge
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
  • Manage customer leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using CRM systems
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams
  • Represent the brand with professionalism in all customer interactions

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury retail (automotive preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • A polished, professional presentation and communication style
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for premium brands
  • Results-driven approach with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools (preferred)
