We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Toyota team in our Lidcombe location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across our vehicle range and dealership offerings.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them through the purchase journey.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Identify and generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead follow-ups.
- Assist with vehicle valuations as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in automotive sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM systems.
- Availability to work an 11-day fortnight (including weekends with rostered weekdays off)
- A valid NSW driver’s licence
