About the opportunity:

If you are passionate about working in a customer centric team, delivering positive face to face customer service experiences this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

  • Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers
  • Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention
  • Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals
  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base
  • Assist customers with test drives

  • Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results

  • Open, confident communication skills
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Hold a current driver license
