In this role, you'll:
- Work as part of a high-performing team delivering accurate payroll processing and HR & Employment services.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and HR transactions, including position establishment, onboarding, overpayments, movements, and end-to-end payroll in line with applicable legislation, awards, policies, and procedures.
- Navigate various systems to find, maintain, and investigate data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through knowledge sharing, user acceptance testing, and developing reference materials.
This is a Permanent position based from either our Burwood, Newcastle, Grafton or Glen Innes office location.

About you
- You have experience in a customer-centric service organization and excel at building rapport to understand and meet customer needs.
- You are process-driven with experience in a busy payroll environment and/or HR services for a large organization.
- You are adept at using multiple computer-based systems and can quickly learn new ones.
- Work as part of a high-performing team delivering accurate payroll processing and HR & Employment services.
