Job Description

Our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering the high standards our guests expect. As a Casual Room Attendant, you will help create clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces that make every stay exceptional.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and clean guest rooms and public areas to five-star standards
• Replenish linen, amenities, and minibar items
• Report maintenance issues and handle lost property in line with procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent service delivery
