  • Develop, implement, and monitor tailored return-to-work plans
  • Liaise with injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, and insurers
  • Coordinate suitable duties and workplace modifications
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Workers’ Compensation legislation and guidelines
  • Identify barriers to return to work and proactively manage risks
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
  • Promote early intervention and recovery-at-work best practices

  • Proven experience in Return to Work, Injury Management, or Workers’ Compensation
  • Strong understanding of Workers’ Compensation legislation and RTW frameworks

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Allied health background (e.g. rehab, physio, OT) highly regarded but not essential
