We are looking for Mid-level Reporting and Data Engineers to work with our well know clientele on various programs of work.
As an Engineer, you will play a special role in delivering data solutions to our clients. Your expertise in numerous reporting tools, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and compentency in leading data platforms will be crucial in your success in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Optimize data models and SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business users, to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Experience:
- Expertise in Azure cloud data stack technologies
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience in Semantic Models within Power BI
- CI/CD, data modelling, and data warehousing
- Experience working in organisations that utilise Agile, Test Driven Development (TDD), and CI/CD
- Proficient in SQL with a deep understanding of database structures and data modeling concepts.
- Consulting background is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to work in a client-facing environment and deliver high-quality solutions.
Additional Details:
You’ll be expected to be available to work in a hybrid capacity and be available to work when required in their CBD offices.
