AVIS has been a trusted name in the rental car industry across the Greater Sydney region for decades. AVIS, a part of the 4K Automotive Group, is searching for an experienced Rental Sales Agent to join our experienced team on a Casual basis and assist us in providing exceptional customer service.

This role will operate predominantly at our Revesby location.

What You’ll Do?

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone to understand their needs and provide end-to-end rental solutions
• Clearly explaining rental agreements, insurance options, guidelines and procedures
• Using multiple computer systems to complete bookings, process payments, handle cash, balance tills and perform administrative tasks
• Conducting vehicle quality assurance inspections, including operational checks, reporting damage and coordinating vehicle detailing
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets and business objectives
• Maintaining high operational and compliance standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm / Weekends 7:30am – 12:30pm
