Drive Your Career Forward – Registration Clerk Wanted!

4K Automotive (formerly Clintons Motor Group) is on the lookout for a Registration Clerk to join our team at Clintons Campbelltown – with travel to other 4K Automotive locations as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Vehicle Registration & Compliance

• Register new & used vehicles with accuracy and efficiency (DOL, CTPs, Retail Invoice, Trade-Ins, etc.)
• Ensure plates are delivered to department managers by 10 AM for next-day deliveries
• Manage vehicle registration plates – security, issuance & returns
• Keep registration and CTP documents up to date for demonstrator vehicles
• Process Dealer Online & RMS transactions
• Stay on top of RMS audit paperwork & self-audits

Pre-Owned Vehicle Management

• Run daily & weekly reports to track registration expiries & vehicle disposals
• Handle transfers, registrations, plate swaps, returns & de-registrations
• Maintain accurate records in Tune, SAP & RDRs
• Manage Trade Plates

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy & organisation
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• A valid NSW Driver’s Licence
• Able to provide a National Criminal History Check (updated annually)
• Previous experience as a Registration Clerk is highly regarded!
