THE ROLE

If you are a registered Psychologist, we currently have an opportunity for you to come on-board as an employee. We have a strong belief in reducing fatigue and preventing burn-out by limiting caseload, encouraging taking regular time-off, no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours and caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of different presentations and support needs.

We regularly discuss career and professional development goals and provide support to grow your skills in areas and modalities of interest.

We work in a beautiful modern building, a short walk to Hornsby station, Westfield and shops in Hornsby, on the upper North Shore of Sydney. You can also access the clean and modern pool, spa, sauna and gym in our building for free exercise before or after work.

Our location offers easy access to the M1, North Connex and Pennant Hills road for our team and clients. Our area is known for amazing schools, leafy open parks and welcoming neighbourhood communities for a growing family. We have the Hawkesbury River and Kuring-Gai National Park nearby, offering walks, water, fishing and picnic areas for your outdoor adventures, this area offers it all. Hornsby Shire council also has mountain biking tracks and close access to the Great North Walk. This really is The Bushland Shire, as it is known!

  4. Proven competence in administering and interpreting psychometric measures, such as WISC-V, WIAT-III, SB-V, etc. or a willingness to brush up or learn.
  5. Understanding of the NDIS environment and requirements of therapists or a willingness to learn.
